1、第28卷第1期中华中医药学刊Vol.28No.12010年1月CHINESEARCHIVESOFTRADITIONALCHINESEMEDICINEJan.2010地骨皮提取液对2型糖尿病肥胖大鼠糖脂代谢影响的实验研究王东,叶真,倪海祥,黄琦(浙江中医药大学附属第一医院,浙江杭州310006)摘要:目的:观察地骨皮提取液对2型糖尿病肥胖大鼠(T2DM)糖脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗(IR)的影响,并对醇提、水提两种提取液进行比较。方法:采用尾静脉注射小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)加高脂饮食饲养的方法建立T2DM肥胖大鼠IR模型,设立空白对照组、模型对照组、地骨皮醇提、水提高/低剂量组,给药7周后
2、观察对大鼠体重、血糖、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)的影响,及肝脏的病理变化。结果:与模型组相比,地骨皮提取液能降低T2DM肥胖大鼠的体重、血糖、TG、TC、LDL-C,差异有显著性(P<0.01),能明显改善ISI(P<0.01);与空白对照组相比无明显差异。肝脏病理显示能明显降低高脂饮食对肝脏的损害,保护肝脏细胞。结论:地骨皮提取液可在一定程度上降低血糖,调节血脂代谢,缓解肝脂肪变性程度,改善T2DM肥胖大鼠的IR状态;而且醇提液优于水提。关键词:地骨皮;胰岛素抵抗;中医药疗法;糖
