2、进入了电子化办公的时代。传统的采购管理系统大多侧重记录采购数据，而对业务流程控制不足。基于Web的采购业务管理系统注重采购内部管理，解决了内部业务流程控制问题。论文以某集团公司采购业务管理系统作为理论与实践的结合，详细分析了集中采购的模式和采购管理的业务流程一包括采购计划、采购方式、合同、发票、到货、付款等，解决了采购内部管理的业务流程问题。系统应用Mvc设计模式，以Struts+Hibernate为核心架构，并介绍了表示层、业务层、数据持久层的具体实现，并举例说明了Ajax的在系统中的典型应用。关键词采
