3、展、可持续发展以及内部控制，成为海外机构制定业务发展策略需考虑的几个重要环节。本文从国内外研究现状入手，通过统计分析、文献调查研究的方法，从多个视角系统剖析H银行海外业务特点以及海外业务发展的必然性，详细介绍了H银行海外业务发展的主要阶段、发展的基本成效，指出了业务发展中存在的问题，以及业务发展的制约因素，从多维度列举了H银行海外业务发展对策。关键词：H银行海外业务经营模式客户拓展内部控制可持续发展IAbstractAbstractInrecentyears,HBankhasreachedrapiddevelopmentinoverseasbusiness.Whiledeepeningthed
