2、业业务领域和业务范围，指导企业合理进行资源配置，明确企业的发展策略以及发展措施。制订企业发展战略有利于建立企业和员工的共同愿景，使员工对组织产生归属感和奉献精神，从而更加全身心的投入工作。本文首先阐述了选题背景、目的、意义、研究方法和框架，然后梳理发展战略相关理论。包括发展战略的基本概念，学派及其特点、研究方法等。并对博雅干细胞科技有限公司分别进行内、外部环境分析。外部环境分析按照宏观环境、行业环境、竞争环境等进行，形成了外部环境矩阵；针对内部环境，包括人力资源、运行业绩、上下游关系、目前客户状态等因素分析，形成内部因素评价矩阵，
