3、ionThisbroadbandsmallsignalamplifierisdesignedforlowpowerandsmallsize.Itcanbeoperatedoffoftwo1.5voltbatteriesdrawing6.56mAeach.Itfitswithina30x60milareaincludingscribelines.EachstageisidenticalwiththesamesizeFETandvoltagedividerbiasnetwork.Thefrequen

4、cyofoperationisfrom2305MHzto5875MHz.Thefrontendoftheamplifierconsistsofalowpassfilterwithacutofffrequencyofabout5.8GHz.NextistheinputmatchingnetworkfollowedbythefirststageFET.Aninterstagematchingnetworksitsbetweenthetwostagesandattheendistheoutputmat
