1、新义煤矿地面固定抽采瓦斯系统设计摘要:新义煤矿设计年产煤炭能力1.2Mt,为煤与瓦斯突出矿井。其主采煤层是二1煤层,瓦斯平均含量在9.69m3/t左右,属于高瓦斯煤层。采用分源预测法计算出该矿的瓦斯涌出量为62.8m3/min,瓦斯超限严重制约了该矿正常的生产能力。根据《煤矿安全规程》的第一百四十五条规定:年产量1.0~1.5Mt的矿井,瓦斯涌出量大于30m3/min,必须建立地面固定抽采瓦斯系统。本设计首先根据该矿二1煤层赋存条件、瓦斯来源、瓦斯管理等级等,设计其回采工作面采用顺层钻孔预抽、采面
2、浅孔预抽和采空区埋管抽采相结合的抽采方式,其掘进工作面采用底板穿层钻孔预抽和顺层钻孔预抽煤层条带瓦斯的方法。然后,根据对管网抽放量、管网阻力的计算结果,进行了管路选型和抽采泵的选型,所选用管材均为矿用聚乙烯管,抽采泵选用水环式真空泵2BEC-67型。根据所选管型和抽采泵型号,选择了与之相适应的附属装置。之后,根据新义煤矿地面的建筑布置情况和所选用的抽采泵的尺寸,设计了地面泵站房及其附属建筑的建设。最后,制定了整个抽放系统的安全技术措施。 关键词:瓦斯涌出量瓦斯抽采设备选型地面泵站安全技术措施60T
