2、的危机。危机的产生与利库德集团上台、以色列国家经济困难和基布兹内部个人主义膨胀和消费观念的变化有着密切联系。为了扭转危机的局面，基布兹着手进行变革。实行差别工资制，提高成员工作的积极性；建立新保障制度，保障低收入成员的基本生活，缩减成员之间的贫富差距；将社区服务和消费、社区财产等私有化，以此来提高生产和生活效率；面向市场，调整产业结构以应对市场变化，提高生产效益；变革组织管理方式，提高基布兹的管理水平；引进外来资源以增加利润，争取更多的政府援助。经过调整，基布兹在一定程度上摆脱了危机和困境，人口重新出现增长，农业、工业，尤其是旅游业都得到发展，城市基布兹兴起。但这场变革也引起了男女不平
