2、量。“政治认同”是国内外学界的一个热点问题，对此，中外学者做过不少研究，但是对于农民的政治认同问题，却很少有学者对此进行专门性的研究。文章主要采取的是文献研究法，从五个方面对新农村建设背景下的农民政治认同建构进行探讨。第一部分主要是论述文章的研究意义、方法和当前国内外关于农民政治认同问题的研究成果；第二部分论述的是农民政治认同对象的五个层次以及详细论述了农民政治认同产生的逻辑关系；第三部分论述的是当前我国农民政治认同的四种弱化倾向：政治不信任、政治疏离，非制度化政治参与以及行为越轨。农民的政治认同的弱化倾向弱化了政府权威，阻碍了基层民主的发

3、展，危及农村社会的稳定与和谐，制约了农村乡风文明建设和农村的发展。第四部分论述的是影响农民政治认同的几个因素，主要有农村民生发展相对落后，农民应对现代化能力的不足，农村权力的内卷化倾向以及农村基层民主质量不高。文章的第五部分论述的是当前我国新农村建设过程中提高农民政治认同的几种途径，以加大民生事业的投入为出发点，重点是缩小城乡差距，规范农村公共权力的使用以及完善基层民主建设。期望通过文章的论述，可以给新农村建设过程中提高农民政治认同建构提供一点有力的借鉴。关键词：新农村建设；农民；政治认同ABSTRACTChinaisinacritical
