1、论翻译中三维伦理模式的构建研究生：陈洁指导教IJili．颜林海伦理学是道德哲学，是揭示人类社会道德规范和行为准则的科学，其核心本质是人与人之间的关系问题。因此，伦理的构建必然要围绕行为主体之间的关系进行探讨。翻译作为沟通跨文化交流的桥梁，其语际、人际和跨文化的间性特质内在地赋予其伦理维度，并呼吁对其进行伦理层面的思考。翻译中的伦理研究针对的是翻译中的人际关系，即作者、译者、译语读者这三者之间的关系。翻译标准为译者规定了必须履行的义务，译者应承载着这些义务，并处理好各主体间的关系，即作者与译者的关系以及译者与译语读者的关系，做到对作者忠诚，并尊重译语读者。

2、因此，翻译伦理模式也应以翻译过程中的二维关系为基石进行构建。本文从作者与译者以及译者与译语读者这二维关系中探讨翻译中三维伦理模式的构建，并首次提出以作者为中心的模式，以译语读者为中心的模式，以及“三位一体"模式。就翻译过程而言，翻译是译者集认知、审美和文化于一身的过程。因此，笔者从三个层面，即认知、审美和文化层面分别对这三种伦理模式进行阐述。文化层面具有宏观控制作用，指明了翻译的方向。认知层面和审美层面具有微观控制作用。这三个层面对翻译策略都具有决定性的控制作用。在翻译过程中，译者应协调好二维关系，保持和谐统一的伦理模式，并促进文化间的相互理解和交流。但
