3、atoproposedthefirsttheoryofdeadlock-freeadaptiveroutingforwormholenetworks.ThistheoryhasbeenusedinthedesignoftheroutingalgorithmsfortheMITReliableRouter,theCrayT3Erouter,andtheon-chiprouteroftheAlpha21364microprocessor.Dr.DuatoiscurrentlycollaboratingwithIBMonthedesignoftheinterconnectionn
4、etworkfortheIBMBlueGene/LsupercomputerandonthenextgenerationoftheIBMPRIZMAswitchforIProuters.Dr.DuatohasservedasanassociateeditorfortheIEEETransactionsonParallelandDistributedSystemsandIEEETransactionsonComputers.Hehasbeenthegeneralco-chairforthe2001InternationalConferenceonParallelProces
5、sing.Also,heservedasco-chair,memberofthesteeringcommittee,vice-chair,ormemberoftheprogramcommitteeinmorethan30conferences,includingthemostprestigiousconferencesinhisfield(HPCA,ISCA,IPPS/SPDP,ICPP,ICDCS,Europar,HiPC).SudhakarYalamanchilireceivedhisB.E.degreeinelectronicsfromBangaloreUnivers
6、ity,India,in1978,andhisM.S.andPh.D.degreesinelectricalandcomputerengineeringfromtheUniversityofTexasatAustinin1980and1984,respectively.HewasaseniorandthenprincipalresearchscientistattheHoneywellSystemsandResearchCenterinMinneapolisfrom1984to1989,wherehewastheprincipalinvestigatorforprojec
