2、整个招标的结果和效果。而在目前的物资招标实践中，评标指标细化、量化程度不高，评标方法多为定性评价或简单的定量方法，评标结果合理性和说服力不够。针对这样的实际情况，本文从理论与应用两方面对物资招标采购中的评标工作进行研究。建立评价指标体系是进行综合评价的前提和基础，因此本文首先对物资招标的评标指标体系进行了研究，提出了建立该指标体系的原则，描述并分析了科学地建立指标体系的过程及方法；其次，文章分析、比较了现有评标方法的适用性及局限性；最后，本文还对物资招标评标进行了应用研究，对一邀请招标项目一一某酒店厨房设备及炊事器具采购招标项目的评标过
