2、fying,slurryconcentration,liquidphasedegassinganddegritting,solidphaseparticlegradingandclassification,separationoftwoimmiscibleliquids,andinmanyprocessingproceduresaswell.Uptothepresent,ithasalreadybeenobtainedwidespreadapplicationsinnumerousindustrysectorssuchasthemineralproc

3、essing,petroleumprocessing,chemicalindustry,lightindustry,environmentalprotection,food,medicament,textile,mining,metallurgy,machinery,buildingmaterialsandthecoalandSOon.Moreover,itsapplicationfieldWasstillincreasinglyexpandingbecauseofthediversificationofhydrocyclone’Sstructure

4、andtype.Inrecentyears,moreandmorehydrocycloneshavebeenappliedinbio—engineering,andevenintheelectrolysisprocess.Intheseparationtechnique。Sresearchanddevelopmentofhydrocyclone,howtoenhanceitsseparationperformanceandhowtoreduceitsruncost,aretwomajorproblemswhichresearchershavebeen

5、payingattentionto.Thepaperintroducedthedesigningresearchworkofanewkindofhydrocyclone,aimingathowtoenhanceitsseparationperformanceandhowtoreduceitsruncost,combiningthegypsumhydrocycloneandthewastewaterhydrocycloneintoanewone,andsimplifygypsumdewateringprocess,reducetheequipmenti

6、nvestmentandoperatingcost.Atthesametime,inthispaper,fordealingwiththenewhydrocyclone,amathematicalmodelwasproposed,andusingmassiveexperimentaldatumtoconfirmitsaccuracyandpracticality,andcarryingontheverificationcontinuously.Themodelmakesitpossibletocarryonthepreliminaryestimati
