3、ration,higheryieldandmoresafe.Wherefore,dehydrogenationofcyclohexanoltocyclohexanoneisusedinindustrialcommonly.Toempolderaserialsofcatalyticdehydrogenationofcyclohexanolwithhighefficiencyandeconomicalisthepivotaltechnic.AnewtypeofcatalystCu/ZrO2inthepaperwasprepare
4、dfromthesolutionofCu(NO3)2,ZrOCl2.3H2Oofwhichn(Zr):n(Cu)is(1~4):1andbyusingNaOH(w=15%)astheprecipitantthroughco-precipitationmethod.Thecatalystwasusedinthedehydrogenationofcyclohexnoltosynthesizecyclohexanone.Theoptimizedpreparationconditionforthecatalyst[n(Zr):n(C
5、u)=2:1,theinitial-1C(Zr)=0.2mol·L,roastingtime=5h,roastingtemperature=400℃andtheendpointoftitrationpH=12]wasinvestigatedbyorthogonal5experiment(L4).Theyieldandselectivityofthereactionweremeasuredinthedehydrogenationprocessatdifferentpre-treatmentconditionofcatalyst
6、andreactiontemperature.Theresultsshowthat,attheoptimizedconditionsofcatalystpreparationandreaction,theyieldofcyclohexanonecanbereachedto85%andtheselectivityisnearly100%.Thereactionprocessfordehydrogenationofcyclohexanolwasstudied.Reductiontemperaturewasconfinedat23
