5、increasetheenergyharvestedsimilarbandgapandcompatiblewithCQDprocessing)thatachieveþþþþfromtheSun’sbroadspectrum.Here,wereportthefirstCQDthesequentialcombinationoftransparentpfollowedbyntandemsolarcellsusingthesize-effecttuningofasingledopingarenotavailable.CQDmaterial,PbS.Weuseagradedr

6、ecombinationlayertoWesoughtanewstrategythatwouldbecompatiblewithCQDs,provideaprogressionofworkfunctionsfromthehole-accept-andthatwouldenabletherealizationofahighlyeffectivetandemingelectrodeinthebottomcelltotheelectron-acceptingelec-solarcell.Wetermthisnewconcepta‘gradedrecombinationt

7、rodeinthetopcell,allowingmatchedelectronandholelayer(GRL)’.WepresentapracticalGRLdesignusingspatialcurrentstomeetandrecombine.OurtandemsolarcellhasanbanddiagramstodepictaCQDtandemcellatequilibriumopen-circuitvoltageof1.06V,equaltothesumofthetwocon-(Fig.1c),andundershort-circuit(Fig.1d
