1、中文摘要近年来，全球一体化经济飞速发展，我国大型能源公司面临着国、国外的双重竞争的压力是越来越大。A石化公司作为我国特大型炼油化工燃料型企业，要想在竞争中生存发展，必须提高自身的管理水平和信息化水平。生产运行系统（MES，ManufacturingExecutionSystems）是一套位于上层的计划管理系统与底层的工业控制之间的面向车间层的管理信息系统，为其他系统提供数据支撑，是企业信息化建设的重要环节。本文首先分析MES的国内外研究及应用现状，详细介绍了MES系统的概念、发展过程和MES产品，以及相关的数据库技术。对A石化公司概况、管理模式和网络现
2、状进行分析，说明MES系统实施的重要性和必要性。然后，本文以A石化公司MES项目的实施全过程为主线，进行项目需求分析，明确了业务现状；进行系统总体设计；规划MES系统的模块架构，完成功能设计。最后，介绍系统实现的过程，概括了系统的应用效果，分享项目过程中的宝贵经验。通过分析研究得出结论，MES系统的成功实施满足了公司生产经营的需要，实现了业务集成和数据共享，可使企业的信息技术向过程集成和企业集成方向发展，消除制约瓶颈，优化资源的分配利用，降低生产成本，提高企业的经济效益和管理水平。关键词：MES，石化企业，生产运营ABSTRACTInrecentyea
