2、作用方式，形成了人力资本对经济增长影响的理论分析。为验证以上理论，以耦合模型和卢卡斯人力资本溢出模型对中国省域人力资本对经济增长的影响进行了实证分析。结果为：一是在考察期内，我国人力资本水平与经济增长水平及两者协同效应从状态和增速两个方面均表现出由东至西依次递减态势，且省区间差异较为明显。二是总体上协同水平较低，各区域人力资本水平相对于经济发展水平具有相对优势。四大区域及各省区间的耦合差异并未出现趋同趋势，反而存在进一步扩大的可能。三是人力资本水平与经济增长水平结构上不同步，经济发展水平落后的中西部区域
3、具有较高的人力资本利用率。四是人力资本的脑力素质对经济增长的影响显著高于身体素质。为了实现向更健康、可持续的经济增长方式转变，人力资本的能量有待释放。关键词：人力资本；经济增长；协同关系；因果关系AbstractThispaperstartedwithcombingthreeaspectstheoriesabouthumancapital,economicgrowth,andeconomicgrowthonthebasisofhumancapital.Fromtheinductionandsummary
4、fortheexistingresearchresultsofscholarsbothathomeandabroad,atheoreticalfoundationofthearticlehasbeenformed.Thenthedefinitionofhumancapital,humancapitaltypes,economicgrowthinthisarticlearegivenonthisbasis.Andtheeconomicgrowthmechanismontwokindsofhumancapi
5、tal,theintellectualquality,physicalquality,arepointedout,whichgiveananalyzablefoundationofthehumancapitalimpactoneconomicgrowth.Toverifytheabovetheory,anempiricalanalysisbothinqualitativeandquantitativeforhumancapitalandeconomicgrowtharecarriedout.Ourana
6、lysisgeneratesfoursalientfindings.First,thelevelofhumancapitalandeconomicgrowthandthesynergisticeffectoftheminChinaareshoweddecreasingfromeasttowestinturn,eitherintheviewofstatusorgrowthpace,alsowithanevidentinter-provincialdisparities.Second,relativetoe
7、conomicgrowth,theregionalhumancapitalgotasignificantadvantagewhilethecoordinationofthemisataquitelowlevel.Thecouplingdisparitiesamongfourmainregionsandprovincialintervalarenotinatrendofconvergenceasexpectedbutfurtherexpanding.Third,thelevelofhumancapital
