2、低冷却水碳钢设备的腐蚀速率,但这样也会使结垢倾向大大增加;浓缩倍数过高运行殊无必要,控制浓缩倍数2.5.30倍,就可使节水率及减少排污分别达97%和199%左右,少量排污对于化肥厂可作造气系统的补充水,于钢铁厂呵用作浊环水的水源,从而实现“零排污”;复合药剂具有明显的协同增效作用,筛选的复合磷系和硅系配方具有良好的缓蚀阻垢性能,均能达到GB9050标准(碳钢的腐蚀速率小于0.125mm/a,污垢热阻小于3.44mLK/w),U复合磷系配方F叮使每吨循环水处理成本不超过0.002元,具有原料易得、价廉高效、操作方便等优点,”T以满足工业生产的需要。本研究对实际生产应用具有一定的指导意义。丫关
