1、南京林业大学硕士学位论文近代居住性历史街区的保护与更新研究——以青岛“小鱼山历史街区”为例姓名：孙丽申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：王浩20070601摘要历史街区的保护与更新是人类文化遗产的重要组成部分，在我国城市化进程不断加快的背景下，日益受到人们的关注，对历史街区的课题研究更具有现实意义。小鱼山历史街区是青岛老城区内仅存的八片近代居住街区之一，在相关政策的控制下，小鱼山历史街区保持了较好的近代居住性街区尺度，空间布局、建筑风格极具特色。但是近几年来，小鱼山历史街区基础设施落后，加、扩建使街区遭到破坏，历史街区的生存面临严重问题。论文在对居住

2、性历史街区相关理论、概念认识基础之上，对国内外近代居住性历史街区保护与更新的实践进行总结分析，从中汲取经验教训；然后基于可持续发展理论和有机更新理论基础，提出近代居住性历史街区保护与更新的原则与模式。通过详尽的调研、研究和分析，在深入了解小鱼山历史街区历史文化、建筑风格、环境特征及公众意愿等方面基础上，论文总结出小鱼山历史街区的主要特征和存在问题，为小鱼山历史街区的保护与更新提供现实依据。论文在小鱼山历史街区现状基础上，尝试“和谐”理念与历史街区的保护与更新相结合，提出小鱼山历史街区保护与更新的类型、指导思想和内容，并对历史街区保护与更新的实旌中，具体的运作模式
