6、ns3.最惠条款CompetitiveClause.在本协议期间,供货方同意在交货、质量和服务方面提供有竞争力的条件，并将供货方给予以类似数量和种类购买相同产品的任何其他顾客的最优惠价格提供给买方。供货方进一步同意它将向买方提供其给予任一买方（买方的任何公司或关联企业）的最低价格。供货方向买方保证不存在阻止其履行本最惠承诺的任何契约性义务或法律限制。DuringthetermofthisAgreement,Supplieragreestobecompetitiveintermsofdelivery,qualityandserviceandtogiveBuy
