1、本科毕业论文激励理论在国有企业薪酬设计中的研究及运用——以西安市群众面粉厂为例摘要21世纪是知识经济时代,人力资源被越来越多的企业作为核心竞争力的关键和竞争优势的源泉。而薪酬管理作为企业人力资源管理的核心内容,合理有效的薪酬管理不但能有效激发员工的积极性与主动性,促进员工努力去实现组织目标,提高组织的效益,而且能在人才竞争日益激烈的知识经济下吸引和保留住一支素质良好有竞争力的员工队伍。本文运用人力资源管理中有关激励、薪酬理论,采用理论与实践相结合的方法,对目前国有企业薪酬管理的现状进行了研究和探讨,总结了国企薪酬存在的普遍问题,提出了解决问题的对策建议。文章以西安市群众面粉厂为个案,评析其现行
