7、工污秽试验方法(盐雾法和固体层法)的一般试验要求、试验程序及判定准则。本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出。本标准由电力行业绝缘子标准化技术委员会归口并负责解释。本标准负责起草单位:武汉高压研究所。本标准参加起草单位:中国电力科学研究院、华东电力集团、山东电力试验研究院、清华大学。本标准主要起草人:吴光亚、刘燕生、钱之银、梁曦东、沈庆河、蔡炜、肖国英、顾光和。DL/T859一2004高压交流系统用复合绝缘子人工污秽试验1范围本标准规定了标称电压高于1000V,频率为(50^60)Hz交流架空电力线路、变电所和电气化铁路接触网用户外和暴露在污秽大气中
