1、摘要当今社会是一个科技高速发展的社会，是一个自动化盛行的社会。有人开玩笑地说，自动化技术是聪明人为懒人发明的技术。这句话的前半句是有些道理，后半部分就不太确切了。因为自动化技术的发明和发展并不是用来为懒人服务的。 本课题设计了一个全自动洗车机的控制系统。传统的方式是采用人工对车辆进行清洗，这种方法劳动强度高、劳动效率低、对水和人力资源的浪费情况比较严重，特别在遇到阴雨天气，车身沾满泥浆的时候，人工清洗不能满足对车辆清洗速度的要求。20世纪80年代中期，在公交系统的一些大型停车场开始采用机械化的洗车方式，但是由于技术的限制，对汽车的
2、清洗只能做到半人工化的工作，即机器的所有动作还是要由人工操作完成，对于提高效率的意义全自动洗车机是人机为一体的自动化洗车设备。大大提高了洗车质量和洗车效率。采用PLC进行控制，通过合理的选择和设计，提高了洗车机的控制水平。利用PLC作为控制系统，已成为当今制造业领域进行设备革命、提高生产力和市场竞争力的重要手段。特别是生产的自动化改造，PLC控制已成为一种技术潮流之一。关键词：洗车机；PLC；逻辑控制；全自动40ABSTRACTScienceandtechnologyintoday'ssocietyisarapidlydevelopi
