3、therightsoflabourersinreceivinglabourcompensationthroughlabourandstandardizepaymentofwageactivitiesbyemployingworkunits.　　Article2　TheseProvisionsshallapplytoenterprisesandindividualeconomicorganizationsinthePRC（hereaftercollectivelycalled“employingworkunits”），andlabourersthathaveformedalabou

4、rrelationshipwiththem.　　Stateauthorities，institutionalorganizations，socialorganizationsandlabourersthathaveestablishedalabourrelationshipwiththemshallproceedinaccordancewiththeseProvisions.　　Article3　IntheseProvisions，theterm“wages”shallrefertowagecompensationpaidinanymannertolabourersbyemplo

5、yingworkunitsinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofalabourcontract.5　　Article4　Theterm“paymentofwages”primarilyincludes：itemizationofwagepayments，wagepaymentlevels，methodofpaymentofwages，recipientofpaymentofwages，timeofpaymentofwages，andwagepaymentsinspecialcircumstances.　　Article5　Wagesshallbepaidw

6、ithlegaltender.Materialgoodsandvaluablesecuritiesmaynotbesubstitutedforpaymentoflegaltender.　　Article6　Anemployingworkunitshallpaywagestolabourerspersonally.Whenlabourers，forvalidreasons，arenotabletoobtaintheirwagespersonally，theirrelativesorotherappointedpersonsmayobtaintheirwagesontheirbeha
