3、developmentofindustrialclustersintheregions，tomakeitbringmoreeconomicandsocialbenefits．Inrecentyears，thetheoreticalresultsreceivedfromtheresearchesofregionalinnovationandclusterinnovationarequiterichintheacademicfieldsofregionaleconomyandmanagement，however,theinvestigationswhichcombinethemtogeth

4、eranddiscussthequestionindetailsareseldomcanbesearched，thereisnocoherenttheoreticalguidanceinthisfield．Soitisnecessarytoanswerthisquestiontoexpeditetheinnovation，optimizetheinnovativeresourcesandenhancethecapacityoftheregionalindustryclusterinnovation．Abovethesepurposes，thisdissertationdiscusses

5、thesecontents：thestructureofregionalandclusterindependentinnovationsystem，theabilityofindependentinnovation，thecooperationmechanismandthepolicysystembyusingthemeanswhichcombinethetheoreticalresearchandempiricalstudy,thequalitativeandquantitativeresearch，andtheresearchmethodsofstatistics，mathemat
