2、ment，findingtheappropriateserviceisanimportantpremiseforinformationshareandreuse．Thetraditionalservicediscoveryprotocolonthesyntaxlevelcannotsatisfypeople’Sintelligentandindividualdemandsinrecallandprecisionaspects．Tosolvetheseproblems，computingentitiesneedtOunderstandandproc

3、essinformationinthenetwork,whichisthesupportofservicediscoveryonthe“semantic”level．Currently,theresearchofsemanticservicediscoveryisintheexplorationphase，especiallytheuncertaininformationservicediscoverywithnomaturetheoryandtechnology．Thisthesisperformsdeepresearchinthesemant

4、icservicediscoverywithvagueknowledgebasedonfuzzylogictheory,whichfocusesonthetwokeyproblems：semanticservicedescriptionandsemanticservicematchmaking，andgetssomeresultsbelow：1．SHOIN-fisproposedtodescribethefuzzyextensionofdescriptionlogicSHOINandistreatedastheformalbasisofknowl

5、edgerepresentation．Fuzzycompositionrelationship，fuzzyquantity,fuzzymodifierandfuzzylinguisticvalueareintroducedintoSHOINtoincreasedescriptionlogic’Srepresentinganddeducingabilityoffuzzyinformation。Comparedwithotherfuzzydescriptionlogics，SHOIN-fnotonlyextendsthesemantics，butal

6、soextendsthesyntaxofthedescriptionlogic．Thesyntaxextensionenrichesconstructorsofthedescribelogic，andfoundslogicalbasisforservicedescription．2．TheservicedescriptionlanguageFEOWLisproposedbasedonontology．Becauseontologylanguagespossessstrongdeductionandratiocinationability,curr
