4、lcoachingarelack．Fromthecoachee’Sperspective，theresearchexaminesthecharacteristicsofmanagerialcoachingbehavior,itssignificantantecedentandoutcomesvariables，therelationshipamongthem，andbasedontheanalysis，constructsthemanagerialcoachingbehaviormodel．There

5、sultsofthestudyprovidehelpfulinstrctionforunderstandingmanagerialcoachingbehavior,validiatingandimprovingtheeffectivenessofmanagerialcoaching．Theresearchworksinthepaperpresentasfollow：(1)Theresearchonmanagerialcoachingbehaviormodelconstruction．Basedonsy

6、stematicalliteraturereviewandspecialistsinterviews，theresearchconstructsthetheoreticalframeworkofmanagerialcoachingbehavior,anddevelopsthemanagerialcoachingbehaviorquestionnaire．Usingasampletllatconsistsof340employees，thisstudyexploredtheconstructofthem
