4、lcoachingarelack.Fromthecoachee’Sperspective,theresearchexaminesthecharacteristicsofmanagerialcoachingbehavior,itssignificantantecedentandoutcomesvariables,therelationshipamongthem,andbasedontheanalysis,constructsthemanagerialcoachingbehaviormodel.There
5、sultsofthestudyprovidehelpfulinstrctionforunderstandingmanagerialcoachingbehavior,validiatingandimprovingtheeffectivenessofmanagerialcoaching.Theresearchworksinthepaperpresentasfollow:(1)Theresearchonmanagerialcoachingbehaviormodelconstruction.Basedonsy
6、stematicalliteraturereviewandspecialistsinterviews,theresearchconstructsthetheoreticalframeworkofmanagerialcoachingbehavior,anddevelopsthemanagerialcoachingbehaviorquestionnaire.Usingasampletllatconsistsof340employees,thisstudyexploredtheconstructofthem
