2、orestructure,whichbadlyweakentheperformanceofKevlarfiberincomposites.InordertogivefullplaytoexcellentmechanicalpropertiesofKevlarfiber,improvingtheinterfacialadhesionconditionofKevlarfiberreinforcedcompositehasbecomeafocusinthematerialscienceresearch.Thekeystosolvetheseproblemsare

3、thesurfacetreatmentofKevlarfiberandthedevelopmentofhi曲performanceresinmarched谢mKevlarfiberwell.Inthisthesis,theKevlarfibersweretreatedbyultravioletlight∞Ⅵ,andphosphorousacid(PA)solutionsofdifferentconcentrations.ThechangeofsurfacestructureofKevlarfibersWasstudiedbySEMandIRtechnolo

4、gy,andtheinterfacialadhesionconditionWasanalyzedandestimatedaccordingtointerfacialshearstrength(IFSS)inthesingle·fibercompositefragmentation(SFC)test.OnthebasicofthetreatmentsofKevlarfiber,theeffectsofstructureandpropertyofresinmatrixonKevlarcompositewerestudied.Theresultsshowthat

5、:throughUVtreatmentthesurfaceofKevlarfiberbecomesroughandtheintensityoffilamentreduces,whilethesurfacebecomessmoothandtheintensityincreasesafterbeingtreatedwitllPAsolution.ViaFTIRtechnology,itisnotnewabsorptionpeaktoappearanddisappear,buttherelativeintensitiesofmanyabsorptionpeaks

6、havechanged.Accordingtothesingle—fibercompositefragmentation(SFC)test,thetreatmentofultravioletlightO-w)isasimplerandmoreeffectivesurfacetreatment,compared谢mPAtreatment.Afterbeingtreatedwith30%PAsolution,interfacialshearstrength(IFSS)ofKevlarfiber/epoxycompositesreached14.27MPaand
