1、上海交通大学硕士学位论文TiN涂层影响牙科合金耐蚀性能的基础研究姓名:陈洁申请学位级别:硕士专业:口腔临床医学指导教师:胡滨20080501上海交通大学硕士学位论文摘要结论:1.本课题运用物理气相沉积技术建立在Ni-Cr合金、Co-Cr合金表面进行TiN涂层的方法,TiN涂层色泽金黄,表面光洁,无起皮、鼓泡。2.TiN涂层后试件的自腐蚀电位升高,合金不易被腐蚀;自腐蚀电流密度降低,腐蚀速度降低;钝化区间变长,破钝电位变大,腐蚀起始减慢;阴极极化曲线低平,析氢现象减弱;阳极极化曲线平坦,维钝电流降低,合金不易被腐蚀。因此,TiN涂层可提高Ni-Cr合金、Co-Cr合
