8、察设计行业带来了良好的机遇和发展。进入九十年代以后，随着信息时代的来临和高新技术产业的飞速发展，计算机技术在我们的社会生活当中起着越来越重要的作用。在勘察设计行业中，人们应用计算机，尤其是CAD软件，已经取代了传统的手工绘图工序，使得各部门的设计工作效率和设计水平大大提高。国家建设部在“建设f1999]314号”文件中明确提出勘察设计行业的发展目标是：。以网络为支撑，专业CAD技术应用为基础，工程信息管理为核心，工程项目管理为主线，使设计与
