1、摘要油库是接收、储存、发放石油或石油产品的独立企业或单位。它是协调原油生产、原油加工、成品油供应及运输的纽带，是国家石油储备和供应的基地，也是我国现代化建设和军队后勤建设的重要组成部分。它对于保障国防和促进国民经济高速发展具有相当重要的意义。由于石油工业的快速进步和石油战略地位的不断提高，油库的建设也越来越重要。本设计将根据设计任务书，在B油田联合站附近拟建一座原油库，以便联合站净化油经其中转到相向的外输首站及炼油厂。在综合运用所学的专业知识的前提下，查阅了有关原油库各操作单元设计和计算的规范及文献。本设计阐述了设计思路和相关理论，介绍了主要运用到的计算公式、计算结果；详细说明了原油库各

2、操作单元的计算过程，并设计了该油库的总平面布置图和工艺流程图。本设计主要包括总平面布置、工艺流程及消防系统设计和计算、自动化控制概念设计等方面。本油库的总平面布置符合有关规范规定，工艺设计合理、且完全满足任务书规定的收发油及储存作业要求。关键词：原油库；工艺设计；平面布置；设备；油田ABSTRACTOildepotisanindependententerpriseorcompanytoreceive,storeanddistributepetroleumorpetroleumproducts.Itisalinktocoordinatetheproductionandprocessingo

5、tBtotheterminalstationandarefinerylocatingattheoppositedirection.Undertheconditionofcomprehensivelyusingtheprofessionalknowledge,therelatedcriteriaandreferencesonthedesignandcalculationofeachoperationunitforthecrudeoildepotwerestudied.Thisdesignmainlyexpoundsthedesignthinking,relatedtheories,andi

6、ntroducesthemaincalculationformulaandresults,anddescribesindetailthecalculationstepsofeachoperationunit,andpresentstheoverallplanelayoutandprocessflowdiagram.Thisdesignmainlyincludesthedesignofoverallplanelayout,processflowandfirefightingsystemdesignandcalculation,andtheconceptdesignofautomatecon
