2、China万方数据万方数据摘要高速公路运营状况和服务质量等也已引起社会的普遍关注。如何更加有效发挥高速公路大容量通行、高质量服务等优势，可采取的方式方法很多。除硬件条件不断上档次、上水平外，强化高速公路运营管理却是当前和今后一段时期的核心工作。从高速公路运营管理角度来讲，管理标准体系建设是推动高速公路运营管理规范化、高效化的重要基础。而国内在此方面的研究甚少，已有的研究也很不系统，基于此，如何构建适合我国国情的高速公路运营管理标准体系，正是本文研究的核心和目的。本文对高速公路运营管理标准体系领域的研究进展进行了调查，对高速公路运营管理标准体系相关概念进行了理论界定。通过分析高速公路运营管理现

3、状和问题，提出构建我国高速公路运营管理标准体系的重要性和必要性。在此基础上，详细论述了构建高速公路运营管理标准体系的目标、属性、原则以及内涵，阐述了构建内容及构建的各个环节，确定了高速公路运营管理标准体系的总体框架，并明晰了总框架下各子系统的划分。最后，总结提出了构建具体措施建议。关键词：高速公路、运营管理、标准、管理标准体系万方数据AbstractWiththerapidgrowthofourcountryhighwayscale,Highwaysareplayinganincreasinglyimportantroleintheeconomicandsocialdevelopment.H
