2、矛盾的重要课题。因此控制和处置闲置土地成为了目前盘活存量土地，缓解用地矛盾的重中之重。本文以苏州为例，通过分析土地闲置的原因，研究在处置土地闲置问题上遇到的问题和难点，进一步提出相应的解决对策，希望对苏州闲置土地的管理与盘活存量土地有一定的启示作用，对我国其他地区土地闲置管理和存量土地盘活进程有一定的借鉴作用。本文在对国内外闲置土地的相关文献进行研究后，以苏州为例来进行论文的写作。本文首先对闲置土地的基本情况做了概述，分析了其形成原因和种类，并介绍了苏州闲置土地的现状和处理经验。通过找出解决土地闲置问题中的难点，得出了在处理闲置土地问题上
