3、lemoftheexpandprojectisaseriousissuetomycompanyastoanyothermobilecompanies.Hereby,Iintendtoanalyzeandsearchthesourceofproblemwithinshanghaimobilecompanyandproposeanriskresponseplanofstrategyfortheprojectofcapabilityexpanded,basedonthePMIriskmanagementtheory.Thestudyisbasedo

4、ntheissuesrelatedtohandlingthetechnicalandmanagerialriskmanagementinmycompany,withthesituationwithinmycompanybeingtakenintoaccount.Thisstudyintendstocategorizeandanalyzetheissues,identifytheirinternalandexternalcauses,andfurtherinvestigatethecauses.Thisstudywillthenproposet
