2、中医药大学硕士学位论文摘要慢性盆腔炎是妇科临床常见病，其发病率较高，大多数发生在已婚妇女的性活跃期，该病具有反复发作和久治不愈的特点，且常可导致其他病证，给患者造成极大的痛苦，严重影响妇女的身心健康及生活工作。对于本病的防治研究已引起世界各国医务工作者的高度重视。笔者通过查阅古今大量与慢性盆腔炎相关的文献及近代医家的研究，对本病的病因病机、辨证论治及现代研究进展进行综合性阐述。并对100例慢性盆腔炎患者进行临床研究，随机将其分为两组，治疗组给予妇炎汤，对照组给予妇科千金片，同时治疗2个月，观察临床症状、体征的改变，通过妇查和B超

3、检查来检验其疗效，进行两组间的比较。结果表明：妇炎汤能够明显改善患者的临床症状及体征。治疗总有效率达96％，明显优于对照组。B超观察发现，妇炎汤能使炎性包块在短期内消失或显著缩小，说明其具有利于炎性渗出吸收的作用。关键词：慢性盆腔炎／妇炎汤v炎性包块．／ABSTRACTChronicpelvicinflammatorydisease，whichoftenhappenstodiseaseisacommongynecologymarriedsexualactivationperiodwomen．Itsmorbidityisveryh
