1、东北师范大学硕士学位论文农村初中数学教师专业知识调查研究姓名：梁利萍申请学位级别：硕士专业：课程与教学论指导教师：马云鹏20090601摘要20世纪80年代以来，教师专业发展日益成为教育界关注的焦点，对于教师专业知识的研究近年在国内研究的也很多。农村教师数量占我国教师总体的绝大部分，本文采用问卷调查以及访谈法，从教育理论知识、课程知识、数学学科知识和数学教学法知识四个维度调查了农村初中数学教师的专业知识现状。调查结果显示：农村初中数学教师的专业知识表现不理想；不同教龄的数学教师的各类专业知识状况存在一定差异。笔者根据调查研究的结果，为农村初中数学教师专业知识、教师专业发展提出一些建议。本

2、文结构如下：第一部分：阐述本研究的研究问题，研究方法等。第二部分：关于教师专业知识文献综述，包括对于知识、教师专业知识的内涵、教师专业知识结构等综述，以及本研究进行的理论基础。第三部分：对农村初中数学教师专业知识现状的调查研究的测试结果分析。第四部分：在总结以上农村初中数学教师专业知识的调查的研究结论的基础上，为农村初中数学教师专业知识的发展、教师专业发展提供一些有益的建议。结语：在已有研究结论基础上，提出进一步有待探讨问题。关键词：农村初中数学教师；教师专业发展；专业知识AbstractTeachers’specializationbecomesthefocalpointthatedu
