4、nsityanddesignwaterflowisbased.TakingHuangshanCityasanexample,thepapercalcu-latestheurbanrainstormfrequencydistributionmodelofp-IIItypeparametersandestablishesrain-stormformulamethodandfrequencyconversioninfrequencyandtime.Itdemonstratesthatthefre-que
5、ncydistributionofurbanrainstormformulaisaspecialcaseofp-IIIdistributionwhenα=1orCs=2.Thefrequencydistributionhasasimpleform,onlytwoparameters.Andthenthefrequencycurvelinetechniqueisputforward,operatingmoreconvenient.Accordingtothedistributiontrendofsu
