2、锌钢丝拉索,斜拉索最长301.750m,单根索最重37.3t。由于该桥4号墩需部分采用塔梁同步施工,为实现快速、安全挂设斜拉索,成盘索采用塔吊及架梁吊机提升上桥;在主边跨上桁面设置展索通道,通过塔吊、塔顶吊架2种起吊方式完成塔端提升挂设;索体脱空后在上桁面展索,短索、中索利用导向系统与卷扬机配合完成梁端安装,长索利用导向系统、卷扬机牵引系统及软牵引系统配合完成梁端安装;同步对称分级完成塔端1组(6根)斜拉索的张拉施工。目前,该桥4号墩斜拉索已全部挂设并初步张拉完成。关键词:铁路桥,斜拉桥;斜拉索;施工技术;桥梁施工中图分类号:U448.27;U4
