1、摘要在高速发展的信息时代，网络已经成为主要的信息共享、交流的手段。与此同时如何保证网络的安全使用成为科技时代关心的焦点。本文的目的就是对网络安全的概念、机制、体系及技术，尤其是基于ASP的网络安全技术进行的探讨和实现，从WEB数据库的安全设计、企业网络的模式选择、以及ASP中针对网络安全的主要技术：系统权限管理、WEB页的加密、用户访问IP地址的控制等。本文结合渤海石油化工总公司的企业的网络现状及组织结构，提出了基于B／S和C／S混和运行模式的企业信息系统，从理论和实践两个方面对该模式下的网络安全进行了研究。实例采用的开

2、发工具为目前流行的ASP，结合ADO技术及HTML标识语言，采取了分布式数据库。重点讨论了基于此开发平台下的信息系统的网络安全问题。基于公司的地理分布和网络现状，进行了安全网络的构筑与研究。从系统权限管理着手，借鉴了集合论在权限管理中应用，并对其进行了编程实现。由于篇幅和理论水平的限制，对应用于WEB页面加密的维尔南算法没有进行详细的论述，只是应用其一般步骤进行了编程实现。另外，对用户访问IP地址的控制进行了简单介绍和程序实现。文章是基于网络安全基本层面的一个综合研究，实际操作性较强，但是对包过滤防火墙技术的深入研究方面
