1、AbstractWindpowerisoneofthemostimportantGreenenergy,intheenergycrisisandgrowingenvironmentalpollutionsituation,thewindpowertechnologyisanunprecedentedpaidcloseattention.Inthispaper,themaincontentistheoperationcontrolofdoubly—fedinductiongenerator(DFIG)whichisusuallyusedinthevariable-speed-constant

2、—frequencyVSCFwindpowersystem,ApplyingtheHamiltoniansystemtheoryandmethodsofL2-gaindisturbancesattenuation,theDFIGwindpowersystemcontrollerisdesigned,andtheStabilityofsystemisanalyze.AtthesametimethedesignforthesystemissimulatedintheMatlab/Simulinksoftwaresimulationenvironment,Thesimulationresults

3、showthatthelargestwindenergycaptureaswellasIndependentreactivepowerregulationisachieved.Ithasacertainreferencevalueforengineeringapplication,hascertainreferencevalue.Themainissuesinthispaperarefocusedon:ofthetheoreticalbasisareFirstly,APCHcontrolmethodandL2disturbanceattenuationintroducedandthePCH

4、Dmodelofnon—linearsystemisgiven.Secondly,EstablishedtheDFIGdynamicmathematicalmodelindifferentcoordinatessystem,andconstructedandbuiltupaPCHstructureoftheDFIG.establishedthewindturbinesVSCFwindpowersystemmodelwhichareConstructedbytheDFIG,bi—directionalpowerconverter.Andthedescribedthesuper-synchro

5、nyandsub—synchronyoperationofDFIG(electricpowerstateandpowerstate)andtherelationshipbetweentheenergyflows.Thirdly,undertheDFIGmathematicalmodelwhichisintheformofPCHDstructure,usingthestateerrorPCHDcontroltheoryandtheprincipleofL2disturbanceattenuation,designedthePCHcontrollerandL2controllergainoft

6、hevariablespeedconstantfrequencywindpowergenerationsystem,andfinallythetotalsystemcontrollerisgiven.Fourthly,introducedthevoltagespacevectorpulsewidthmodulation(SVPWM)principleandstudiedachievementofthevoltagespacevectorpulsewidthmodulation(SVPWM)ofthetransmissionsystem.AndgivethesimulationfortheD
