2、STRACTDynamicViscoelasticPropertiesforWoodTreatedbyDifferentDryingMethodsJialiJiang(WoodScienceandTechnology)DirectedbyProf.JianxiongLuInordertoinvestigatetheeffectofdryingmethodsonphysicalandmechanicalpropertiesofwood,andprovidetheoreticalbasisandscientificinstructionsfordryingtechni
3、ques,techniquesprocessingandhighlyadditionalvaluematerialsofplantationwood,thedynamicviscoelasticpropertiesofwoodtreatedbyhightemperaturedrying(HTD,115"C),lowtemperaturedrying(LaD,65。C)andfreezevacuumdrying(FVD)methodswerestudiedrespectivelyinthisstudy.Dynamicviscoelasticpropertiesofw
4、oodtreatedbythreedryingmethodsweTeexaminedundercompletelydriedstate,anddynamicviscoelasticpropertiesofdryingtreatedwoodanduntreatedwoodwerealsoexaminedrespectivelyundervariousequilibriummoisturecontents.Theeffectofwaterondynamicviscoelasticpropertiesofbothdryingtreatedanduntreatedwood
5、werediscussed,andtheapparemactivationenergyoftwomechanicalrelaxationprocesswerecalculated.Thedynamicviscoelasticpropertiesinlongitudinal,radialandtangentialdirectionswerealsoinvestigated,thereasonsfordifferencesamongthreedirectionswereanalysed.Thesamenessanddifferenceofdynamicviscoela
