2、面的磨损程度与固相体积分数和滑移速度相关.拉格朗日模型采用Finnie磨损预估模型.开式叶轮纸浆泵多个流量工况的计算结果显示,欧拉方法预测的叶片和前盖板在设计流量下磨损严重,压水室在小流量工况时磨损严重.拉格朗日方法显示叶片和前盖板的磨损最严重,磨损率随流量增加先增大后减小,压水室和后盖板的磨损率逐渐减小.2种模型预测的叶轮与前盖板磨损严重的现象与实际吻合;拉格朗日模型可定量分析磨损部位和磨损程度等特性.本研究为纸浆泵的两相流数值模拟和磨损特性研究提供了一定参考.关键词:纸浆泵;开式叶轮;固液两相流;数值模拟;磨损特性中图分类号:S
