1、天津大学硕士学位论文高职教育的实训教学模式探究姓名：刘诣申请学位级别：硕士专业：管理科学与工程指导教师：刘金兰20090201摘要在科学技术和市场经济全球一体化的发展过程中，企业现代化水平不断提高，科技型企业比例增多，一大批技术含量和智能化水平比较高的岗位急需大量高等职业技术人才，高职教育的地位和作用日益凸显。高职教育实训教学模式是高职教育内涵的核心，在一定意义上可以说，高职教育实训教学模式决定了高职教育的特征，决定了高职教育人才培养目标的实现。因此，对于高职教育来说，研究高职教育实训教学模式有着重大意义。

2、本论文研究是基于这样的一条思路线索，在分析大量研究资料的基础上，采用由从整体到局部的原则，先提出了高职教育实训教学模式的总体框架图，在此基础之上，分析了高职教育实训教学模式各个构成要素之间的关系。以“职业能力”为逻辑起点，从高职教育实训教学目标模式出发，并确定其核心地位。围绕着这个中心目标，做了高职教育实训教学内容模式、高职教育实训教学管理及评价模式、高职教育实训教学保障模式的研究，本文最后以河北政法职业学院为实例，分析计算机信息管理专业实训教学模式改革的研究并设计了具体的实训项目。目前高职院校在实训教学模
