1、‘P北fU，』人’芦顺卜擎仃论爻摘要目前微机继电保护和微机故障录波器迅速发展，已达到大规模普及阶段。继电保护故障信息系统也应运而生，目前己成为电网故障分析和保护信息处理及管理的重要解决方案。继电保护故障信息系统提供了一个统一的平台，其主要功能就是：收集和管理电网中各厂站的继电保护和安全自动装置上送的各种信息，以满足电力系统各级人员对电网所关注信息的需求，从而提高电网的运行和管理水平。北京电网继电保护故障信息主站系统(在市调)采用国电南思NS8000系统。各子站采用不同厂家设备，本文以北京四方公司

2、CSFM．2002继电保护故障信息子站系统为例，进行一定的分析。本论文重点研究探讨了：继电保护故障信息系统主站、子站的结构、功能、通信协议及在北京电网中的实际工程应用。结合北京市电力公司继电保护故障信息系统的建设和运行情况，本文对该系统的定位、需求分析、信息基础模型、建设策略、总体方案、目前现状进行了逐一的论述。总结了故障信息系统在现场运行和系统建设方面的应用经验。并针对工作中存在的问题、现有系统的不足和系统的调试方法、技术规范要求提出了一些建议。指出继电保护故障信息系统的发展前景。关键词：故障
