1、基于SOPC的数字存储示波器的研究与设计ABSTRACTDigitalstorageoscilloscope(DSO)iswidelyusedinvariousfields,whichcanbeusedasallinstrumentinthefieldssuchastestandmeasurement.Beingcomparedwiththetraditionalanalogoscilloscope,DSOhasmanyadvantagesandcharacteristics,itmayreplaceanalogoscilloscope.At
2、present,ataboardthetechnologyforDSOisverymature,andtheDSOproductsoccupymostofthedomesticmarketshare.Indomestic,howevertheresearchforDSOiSstillatthestartstage.Inrecentyears,manydomesticresearchinstitutionsanduniversitieshaveincreasedtotheDSOresearch,andhavemadegreatprogresse
3、s.ThefunctionsofDSOhavebeenremarkablyimproved.Firstly,theprinciplesandcharacteristicsofoscilloscope,themaintechnicalparametersandrecentachievementsaboutDSOarereviewedinthispaper.SomerelatedSOPCdesigntheoriesarealsointroduced.Secondly,SOPCtechnologyisadoptedtodesignaDSOinthi
4、spaper.ThedesignofsoftwareandhardwarefortheDSO‘areintroducedindetail.TheDSObeingdesignedhasdoublechannelsanditconsistsofsignalsamplingsystem,thecentralprocessorsystem,USerinteractionsystem,etc.(1)Thesoft—coreprocessorNios11embeddedinFPGAcontrolsthewholesystem,processesthesa
5、mplingdataandhuman-machineinteraction.ThecommtmicationsbetweenCPUandexternalequipmentinterfacsearethroughtheAvalOIlbus.(2)ThedigitalcircuitsoftheDSOaledesignedinFPGA.ThedigitalcircuitsincludeFIFO,triggercircuit,peakdetectioncircuit,timebasecircuit,frequencymeasurementcircui
