1、基于SOPC的数字存储示波器的研究与设计ABSTRACTDigitalstorageoscilloscope(DSO)iswidelyusedinvariousfields，whichcanbeusedasallinstrumentinthefieldssuchastestandmeasurement．Beingcomparedwiththetraditionalanalogoscilloscope，DSOhasmanyadvantagesandcharacteristics，itmayreplaceanalogoscilloscope．At

2、present，ataboardthetechnologyforDSOisverymature，andtheDSOproductsoccupymostofthedomesticmarketshare．Indomestic，howevertheresearchforDSOiSstillatthestartstage．Inrecentyears，manydomesticresearchinstitutionsanduniversitieshaveincreasedtotheDSOresearch，andhavemadegreatprogresse

3、s．ThefunctionsofDSOhavebeenremarkablyimproved．Firstly,theprinciplesandcharacteristicsofoscilloscope，themaintechnicalparametersandrecentachievementsaboutDSOarereviewedinthispaper．SomerelatedSOPCdesigntheoriesarealsointroduced．Secondly,SOPCtechnologyisadoptedtodesignaDSOinthi

4、spaper．ThedesignofsoftwareandhardwarefortheDSO‘areintroducedindetail．TheDSObeingdesignedhasdoublechannelsanditconsistsofsignalsamplingsystem，thecentralprocessorsystem，USerinteractionsystem，etc．(1)Thesoft—coreprocessorNios11embeddedinFPGAcontrolsthewholesystem，processesthesa

5、mplingdataandhuman-machineinteraction．ThecommtmicationsbetweenCPUandexternalequipmentinterfacsearethroughtheAvalOIlbus．(2)ThedigitalcircuitsoftheDSOaledesignedinFPGA．ThedigitalcircuitsincludeFIFO，triggercircuit，peakdetectioncircuit，timebasecircuit，frequencymeasurementcircui
