2、analysisandassessmefitofthiscomplicateorganicmixturewhichcouldbedevelopedintohighqualityliquidfuel.Thisarticle,whereanalysisandassessmentofthebio-oilandstudyforupgradingofqualitywerediscussed,camefromsecondarysubjectofthe973programofcoupledintegratedoptimizationt

3、heoryandmodelresearchonbiomassliquefactionprocess(2007CB210208).Thephysical,chemicalcharactersandcompositionofbio—oilweresystematicallyanalyzed.Itturnedoutthatbio—oilWasacomplexcompoundwithhighwatercontent,stronglyacidicandcorrosive,hi【ghviscosity,lowcalorificval

4、ue,highsolidcontent,highoxygencontentandpoorthermalstability.Accordingt0FTⅡtanalysisandGC-MSanalysis.itshowedthatthealmostallcompositionsofbin—oilwereoxygenatedcompounds,suchasphenols,flll'RnS,acids,aldehydes,ketones,alcohols,sugars,ethersandSOon.TGWasadoptedtoan

5、alysisthebio-oiicombustioncharacteristics.Resultsshowedthatthebio—oilwaspronetoevaporateandcombust.Asthereweresomeproblemsofbio-oil,suchashi【ghwatercontent,strongacidandcorrosion,highviscosityandlowcalorificvalue,theexperimentofesterificationofthebio-oilWascarded

6、outinaself-buildtestbenchinordertoenhanceitsqualityandmakeitapossiblesubstituteforfossilfuels.ThreekindsofsolidacidS042"/Si02.Ti02,S042竹i02andS042/Zr02.Ti02werechosenascatalystsforesterificationreactionstoimprovequality.ThereactionofaceticacidandethanolWasselecte

7、daLsamodeltestwhichcouldbeusedtoexamineesterificationactivityofthesethreekindsofsolidacid.Undertheirrespectiveoptimaloperatingconditions,thebestconversionrateofaceticacidwere76.67%,60.73%and50.69%.Onthebaseofmodeltest,homogeneouscatalysismechanismwasusedtoresearc
