4、contractSumofmoney:USD9,030,000Article7.Contractpriceandpayment(1)Contractprice:Thecontractpriceisfixed.TheContractorcannothaveanyreasontoincreasethecontractpriceForexample,themarketpriceinflation,currencypricefluctuations,thecostoflivingincrease,raisingthebasewage,tariffadjustmentsa
5、ndsoon.(2)Prepaymentoftheproject:Thetimewhenthecontractissuingpartypaystheprepaymentandthetotalsumofmoney:Thecontractissuingpartywillpay20%ofthetotalprice,thatisUSD1,806,000astheprepaymentaftersigningthecontractagreement..(3)Methodsofpayingtheprogresspaymentanditsconditions:Thesumofp
