4、.Contractduration3.1Thedurationforcompletionoftherepairtothevesselisfixedatdays,it’sbeginfromincludingdaysin,withtheexceptionofthenational/publicholidaysinChina.54.Conditionofpayment4.1PaymentunderthetermsofthecontractwillbepaidtocontractorbytheOwneri

5、nU.S.dollars(USD)asfollows:4.1.1Theownerwillpay50%ofthecontract’spricetocontractor’saccountwhensignedthecontract,theamountisUSD.4.1.2Theownerwillpay30%ofthecontractpricetocontractor’saccountwhentherepairingworkiscarryoutabout50%.4.1.3Theremainssumofpr
