1、摘要随着近年来金融市场不断的改革发展，我国金融结构不断改善。影子银行因适应金融市场的需求而膨胀式发展，一方面给经济带来新的活力，另一方面其作为金融创新的产物，对金融稳定的影响引起了广泛的关注。我国影子银行的背景、类型、发展方式与美国等发达国家不同，我国影子银行与金融市场的作用机制也不同。本文立足于影子银行的兴起、规模累积，再到被愈强监管的发展趋势中，深入挖掘我国影子银行的特点与现状，在金融稳定研究基础上，选取几个金融资产价格和金融机构信贷资产水平等指标作为我国金融系统稳定的落脚点，构建了一个综合性的金融稳定指标，通过建立向量自回归模型，分别检验

2、了影子银行对金融稳定性指标、对各金融稳定要素指标的作用效果。研究结果显示影子银行能够对综合的金融稳定状态造成冲击，而随着影子银行相对规模的提高，短期内会冲击利率上升，长期内会对汇率、房地产价格有上升影响，对股票价格、金融机构贷款相对规模会有一定的抑制作用。现阶段我国影子银行对传统商业银行机构的联系最为紧密，影子银行相对规模对传统商业银行信贷规模冲击较大，相对其他金融资产价格而言冲击较小。本文认为在现有数据指标的观测基础上，我国影子银行的波动会对金融市场的稳定会造成一定影响，并在此基础上提出了合理的政策建议。关键词：影子银行；金融稳定；VAR模型
