1、硕士论文机舱监测报警系统的设计与实现摘要本文基于RS一485总线和工业监控组态软件开发了船舶机舱监测报警系统，实现了对主机、辅机、润滑油的温度、压力、液位以及船体的开关信号、海水温度等参数进行数据采集、实时监测、超限报警信息的显示和实时打印。通过对国内外最新的机舱监测报警系统的技术现状进行讨论和对北京三维力控公司的监控组态软件Forcecontrol5．0的使用开发进行研究，针对“诺克”号提出的机舱监测报警要求，进行了监测报警系统的规划和设计。考虑到船体布局和布线的要求，本系统采用集中控制方式，所有监测数据汇总到船舶的集中控制室进行处理，数据

2、的采集由台湾鸿格公司生产的I一7000系列智能模块实现。考虑到采集模块的输出驱动能力不足以及监测报警的可靠稳定，在外部设计了声光报警板实现硬件报警。根据系统实际运行状况和装船时的实地反复测试，本文设计的机舱监测报警系统满足预定的监测报警功能要求，软件无故障出现，可靠性高。关键词：船舶机舱，监测，报警，SCADA，RS一485，CAN总线硕士论文机舱监测报警系统的设计与实现AbstractTheship’Sengineroommonitoringandalarmsystemisusedformonitoringtheship’Sinformat
