4、.Intheseparameters,thephycocyaninmainlyexistsinthecyanobacteria,whileChlorophyll-aisfoundinallalgae.So,theratioofphycocyaninandchlorophyll-acanbeusedtorepresenttherelativeamountofcyanobac-teriainwater.Seasonalvariationcharacteristicsofwaterqualityparametersandcyanophyterel-
5、ativequantityindex(CRQI)showedthat:LakeYangzongbelongstowarmmonomicticlakes,theminimumwatertemperatureishigherthan4˚C,thermalstratificationphenomenonwasobservedinspring,summerandautumn,andthewatermixedinwinter;thermalstratificationandmixturehadinfluencesonverticaldistributi
6、onofotherwaterqualityparameters,variationtrendsofallparametersarebasicallyconsistent;CyanophyteRelativeQuantityIndex(CRQI)inspring,sum-merandautumnishigherthanwinter,andincreasedinApril2016,whichwashigherthanthatinApril2015.Inparticular,thereisasharpincreaseinthesouthernreg
